The first time baby had diaper rash, there were lots of cries and whimpers. Fortunately, someone gave me Triple Paste as a shower gift and I had it at home. It provided immediate relief and cleared up the rash within 24-36 hours! Baby hasn't had much diaper rash since then so I haven't had to use it much (I use petrolatum when there's no rash), but if it should ever return I trust TP will work its magic again.

I have two girls (ages 3 & 1), and I tried many products for diaper rash over the years. This is the only one that doesn't cause pain if the rash is really bad. It really does cure diaper rash in 24-36 hours! Yes it is comparitively expensive, but the extra couple of dollars is worth it for something that doesn't have them screaming when I apply it. Note you've got to use quite a bit to coat the rash area -- a thin film won't cut it once the skin and diaper absorb some of the paste. If this paste doesn't make a rash better overnight, it's probably a yeast infection on little girls (from experience).
