From the moment I took it out of the package, my 16 month old son loved it. He loves watching his cartoons on the chair. He's too small/short to reach the ottoman, but this is a great investment; he will grow into it. It's very soft and durable. Very easy to clean as well. I see this chair lasting for many, MANY years!

This chair was a gift for my son's 1st birthday and he's loved it from day one! He is now 16 months old and enjoys sitting in it to look at books or watch cartoons. He sits in it every day!
The chair is very durable and has held up wonderfully, especially for a little boy who likes to flip it over at times and sit on it upside down :) The seat is low to the ground so he can climb in and out of it very easily without the risk of falling and hurting himself (this is a big plus for younger children just learning). Just as another reviewer said, my son is not yet big enough to use the footrest as intended, but I'm sure it will come in handy as he grows.
Overall, this is a GREAT chair! - Durable, cute, easy to clean, and my son really loves it, which is what matters the most. A great gift!

We received the chair quickly. The material is a great quality,doesn't look cheap. It's a little harder than I expected. I can feel the wood planks in the arms. All and all though I think it will serve it's purpose as I little reading chair for my 14month old. I would recommend this chair to a friend.
