The Homestead Company Diaper Rash OilThe Homestead Companys Diaper Rash Oil is made from all natural ingredients. The spray-on application makes it easy to use. It is designed for mild and severe diaper rash and will not sting or burn. It can also be used to prevent diaper rash for overnight or long periods in a diaper. To treat diaper rash gently clean the area with a rash spray on the diaper rash oil and place a diaper on your baby. The diaper rash oil will absorb into your babys skin without leaving residue. Continue to use the diaper rash oil with every diaper change until the rash is gone. For best results gently clean the skin with cotton balls before applying diaper rash oil. Change diapers frequently. It can be used with cloth diapers that are frequently washed in hot water to prevent oil buildup. If you are concerned about oil build-up place a liner between your baby and the diaper. Ingredients kukui nut oil emu oil aloe vera oil and tea tree oil

I agree with the other reviews on how effective this product is on stubborn diaper rashes, the pleasant scent, how natural it is, etc. I also love that it is cloth diaper friendly. It doesn't stain, and I have used it with cloth diapers containing the stay-dry fabrics which are infamous for retaining smells and with a nice hot wash and detergent, the oils wash right out. Great company.

I've tried every skin care product in the market. From organic, to commercial, from well-known brands to home-made lines. I tried every measure to cure my daughter from diaper rash. From extreme measures on hygiene (leaving my daughter without diaper for hours on end)...to cloth diapers. Nothing worked. Then, I decided to tried this product, of which I had received sample sizes. It healed her. that simple. It never burned her skin which is huge when you are trying to heal your baby's skin. Today, six years later of giving birth to my daughter, I keep it in the bathroom to use with wet wipes (after she does # 2) and is not bath time. Also, and I apoogize beforehand for sharing this personal story, but I developed hemorrhoids during pregnancy, and they never go away unless you operate them. Nothing is more soothing, refreshing and calming that this product for that type of condition. Just try it. Nothing to lose. And, you'll see for yourself.

I cannot say enough good about this product. I have 3 redheads with very sensitive skin and regardless of how diligent I am on diaper care and diaper changes they get the occasional diaper rash. Having used many products for diaper rash, this is the only product I can honestly say I saw a major improvement in the rash overnight. Because I saw such amazing results using Homestead Baby Diaper Rash Oil on my daughters diaper rash, I decided to start using the product with all diaper changes to see if I could prevent future ones. Since beginning this regime, my daughter has had no further rashes. I plan on using the diaper rash oil with all changes until she is potty trained. I also really like that it is a pleasant smelling oil that not only prevents diaper rash, but keeps her skin so soft without the goopey mess of the typical white heavy diaper cream.
