Bought for my daughter for her diaper rash. Rash is usually gone after 2-3 applications. Very good product. Would highly recommend. Yes, it is not as thick as "Butt Paste" but it shouldn't matter because it works wonder. Have tried "Butt Paste" which didn't work.

When I saw the price of this product compared to a Desitin, butt paste, etc. I thought it would be a great deal, unfortunately this was a case of "you get what you pay for!" The consistence of the cream is very watery and it almost "slides" off the skin as soon as you put it on! I will never buy this cream again!
