These are pretty cheap. That's why I bought them. I read reviews saying they were only good for cleaning, and that's what I was looking for. I used to steal my sons washcloths for doing the dishes...I've just found I like being able to wash and reuse much better than worrying about a germy sponge that needs constant replacing. I came on amazon looking for the cheapest washrags I could find, and I found these. That being said...I wouldn't buy them again...even for dishes! They are smaller than what you'd picture when picturing a baby washcloth, so I find that for doing big dishes, they're a little on the teeny side. They're also incredibly thin. While they get the job done, I think I'll splurge an extra 3 bucks or so next time and get something a *little* better in quality...even if it is just for my dishes!
