The box requires the adult to squeeze the dial and turn, but often the lock wont catch to open. The quality of the dial on the lock is not great, so although the adult is opening correctly , it doesnt open easy. But it does keep the Medication locked away from kids and safe, and for that it is a good product. Children will not get it open.
