The cool/warm pack is made of a thin stiff plastic with sharp corners, the fabric is thin and doesn't protect against the corners of the pack poking your little one.

this is a very simple product, it has a thin cover. It does the job, my daughter likes it and it is easy to use. Please note, there is only one ice pack, not two.

The actual product itself is only 5 x 4 x0.5 inches.
It is a cute hand warmer for baby/toddler hands.
