Safe-er- Grip Bath & shower Handles Combo set, 17-Inch and 11.5 inch

I purchased one of these for our tile shower and it works great. I put it next to our flimsy glass shower doors because I'm afraid if we accidentally slip against them they'll fall out. The grip is very sturdy. My spouse decided she wanted it in a different location after a couple of weeks and had to spend a couple minutes getting it to un-suction- that's how sturdy it was. We have moved it to the opposite wall and it's hold is just as good as the first spot. I'm ordering more for my in-laws, but not sure why some users are having problems with the suction. I'm cautiously optimistic though, I highly recommend based on my own experience with the 11.5 inch bar.

I bought the safe grip handles for my mom for Christmas so she could use them in her shower. They looked like they were well made and very strong. Her shower has tile walls which are very smooth so I figured they would stick no problem. After deciding where to put them, I locked the handles in place. About 15 minutes later one of the handles completely fell off and the other one was half off. I thought maybe I didn't put them on right so I read the directions and tried again. Sure enough, the same thing happened again. I tried one more time and the same result. Didn't want to have to install permanent handles but after trying these it looks like thats the route I'm going to have to take. Very disappointed in the product.

Bought these as I did not want to drill holes into my tiled bathroom walls. Wife 4 going 5 months pregnant, so getting in and out of the tub was getting tricky and dangerous for her. Thus, these suction grips were the perfect answer (with a non-slip mat of course). They were quick to install and suction force was superb (I tested them by leaning backwards after installing). More than 1 week after installation, the grips are still on the wall (compared to my other suction mounted bathroom fittings which fell within a few days of installing). The feel of the grip is nice and gives one a good grip on the rail too. Very happy with this purchase!
