They are 7 months old and have outgrown their baby bathtub that we used in the sink. I also was looking for a way to bathe them at the same time as they got older. My twins are sitting up supported, but are still a bit wobbly on their own.
Overall I am very pleased with the quality of this product. My only frustration is one that is mentioned in other reviews: the suction cups do not work on a textured tub. However, I did test the suction cups on the smooth side of my tub and they worked great which is why I still gave the seat 5 stars. This seat is a lifesaver for me! I am able to bathe both babies at the same time which saves me a considerable amount of time and is much more fun for them. And my baby girl does well in it. But amazon's price is pretty high. I got this same exact one on another website (a popular baby store) for half this price. The description is pretty accurate. Works well in our bath tub! Recommended, but try to find it elsewhere cheaper if possible ;) 4 of 4 people found the following review helpful: By Two Pretzels (Los Cabos, MX) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Aquababy Bath Ring - Pink/White (Baby Product) This little bath chair supports our 5-month-old just fine. Yes, she wiggles a bit, since she she's still not sitting up on her own, but she hates to lie down; this does the job. I truly think it'll grow with her, as well. In fact, I think this will work better as she gets older.
The suction cups works just fine, and believe it or not, the chair fits in a standard-sized kitchen sink. The only unfortunate thing is that you can't take this seat apart for traveling. (Well, I guess you could...with a screw driver...) Bottom line? It's a great product. |
