These have been just the thing for the blocked ducts I developed while stopping breast feeding. The covering is soft and transmits heat and cold well without being too intense, and they are just the right size. BTW, they are 8 inches in diameter--I couldn't find their size ANYWHERE (!?). I would have given them 5 stars but they don't hold heat or cold for more than about 10 minutes. Still, they do their job well.

I'm also 36D and DD due to nursing and it was scratchy when I put it in my Medela sleep bra (it's stretchy cotton) but it's sometimes worth it when I won't let down. I exclusively pump and also it says you can only put it in the microwave for 20 seconds and sometimes not all the gel gets warm the first time around. Overall it's a good product to assist with let down.

It is awesome. I leave one in the freezer and one out that I put in the microwave. It relieves engorgement in a snap.
