This review is from: NUK Gerber Grins and Giggles Toddler Tooth and Gum Cleanser, 1.4 Ounce, Colors May Vary (Baby Product) My daughter really enjoys the taste of this toothpaste. We originally ordered it when we were looking for an alternative to the baby orajel stuff we buy at the store. The orajel brand has Parabens which there has been a lot of bad press about. We were buying the JASON brand, but the fingertip brush JASON includes isn't useful, where this comes with a normal style brush. I agree with the other reviewer that the toothbrush doesn't hold up as well as some others. Cons: Toothbrush doesn't hold up for long More expensive than other brands Pros: NO Parabens Good taste 5 of 5 people found the following review helpful: By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This has a great flavor and best of all he doesn't have to spit it out. It is a bit pricey, but is a must have at our house. One tube lasts a long time for little teeth. 7 of 8 people found the following review helpful: Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) It has all kinds of studies indicating that it can help tooth decay significantly and has no known toxicity issues. The sugar alcohol is derived from trees and seems very safe.
This is important. My kids are not old enough to realize that they can't swallow the toothpaste and I still need to keep their teeth clean ... As a side note, they use Xylitol in chewing gum. In fact it is in many of the more expensive chewing gum brands that promote healthy teeth. This is the only beginner toothpaste we use in our house. Check out the wiki page on Xylitol and I can say pretty confidently that you will use this as your only toothpaste with kids that...Read more |
