The suction cup system will not work in bathrooms with four inch tiles. The manufacturer fails to warn purchasers of this design flaw.

Suction did not work. When I asked for a refund they said they would send me a UPS sticker in the mail. That was over a month ago... Havent heard from them since. Guess im out $25.
