This is a great help in the shower. My husband is big and tall and has a bad back and needs help getting up from the bench. We have 2 of these now, one across a corner and the other vertical to the right of the shower controls, and they increase his ability to shower without fear of falling or not being able to get up. Would recommend this to all senior citizens!
