I went through so many emotions of hate with this tub. It looks great until you take it out of the box and look at the actual product. Takes 6 C batteries in the tub to make noise and bubbles if the infant is NOT in the tub. If they are in the tub it only makes noise. Takes 4 C batteries for the whirlpool to work if the infant is NOT in the tub. The shower part is the only part that I want and the only part that works, but it is not worth the trouble. The shower/whirlpool compartment is made out of plastic that is so flimsy, I don't see how it can hold water for too long. I shared a picture of the battery compartment cover that bulges out and lets in water. I want an apology from them. They are ripping people off with charging what they should charge if they made a SAFE reliable tub.

When I bought this tub for my son I thought, what a great idea! A luxury spa tub for baby. He is going to love bath time. I mean who wouldn't? Its a mini hot tub for my infant. WRONG! For starters it takes a million C batteries but that's beside the point. The button that you turn on to make the "bubble" effect is so loud that my son cries any time you turn it on. The battery compartment leaks because it does not line up and there is virtually no whirlpool. At least not that I have noticed. And the shower part stopped working after a few uses. We took the shower part out and now use the plain old tub. Don't waste your money on this useless product. not worth the ridiculous price!

Looks nice when you first open it up. Uses alot of batteries & takes a little figuring out. Once I got it going though it stunk! The hose is the worst! Returned it for a normal bath tub.
