We regularly use Johnson's shampoo and just recently switched to try "No more tangles". We still appreciate the no more tears characteristics. As far as if it works on tangling issues? Yes, it does. Hair is now easier to comb, sleeker, and smoother to touch. It is a 2-in-1 product being a combination shampoo-conditioner. We just don't like the smell as much as the shampoo. "No Tangles" smells more like chemicals than regular more subtle scents.

I purchased this 4 pack of 18oz bottles of Johnson's Detangling Shampoo. The item pictured is a white bottle with a yellow lid. What I actually received was 4 pack of 18oz bottles of Johnson's No More Tangles Shampoo + Conditioner. Not quite the same thing but was fine with me; I actually prefer what I received. I will upload a picture of what was sent so others can know upfront prior to purchasing. These were less expensive through Amazon than at our local grocery store.

The item in the picture was not what I received. I received Johnson's NO MORE TANGLES SHAMPOO 2-in-1 formula, not the Johnson's NO MORE TANGLES SHAMPOO+CONDITIONER for STRAIGHT HAIR. These two items are completely different. The reason I bought this product is because I could not find the Johnson's NO MORE TANGLES SHAMPOO+CONDITIONER for STRAIGHT HAIR in stores anywhere. I feel this was false advertising. I try to not leave negative feedback whenever I can but I didn't receive what was pictured...
