I love the Johnson's baby wash with lotion for my kids. The only thing that works better is the liquid dove for sensitive skin, but it's not tear free, so not really a solution until they are older.

I love this baby wash. My son has excema and this makes it so much more manageable! It smells great and does not dry out his skin.
