I won't bother buying anything else for the baby we're expecting this month! When my 1st child was born, I had these Huggies, Pampers, Luvs, the Target brand, and the Wal-Mart brand of diapers all on hand. NOTE: Every other brand of diaper is scented!!! My son had horrible diaper rash from the moment we brought him home from the hospital while using the Pampers. The maternity ward provided Huggies for use during our post-op stay, so I switched to the Newborn sized Huggies. Voila ~ the rash cleared up in a day! Tossing the Pampers aside entirely, I did try the other brands we'd stocked up on. All were scented & they all gave him a rash. We've used Huggies ever since & are now up to Size 5 Baby-shaped/Ultratrims & Overnights with him. The ONLY leaks we've encountered were our own fault, frankly. When we had our first child, we stocked up on size 1 Huggies diapers. We saw the hospital using these newborn diapers. We quickly realized that the size 1 Huggies were too big. Unfortunately, Amazon did not carry the newborn diapers at the time.

This is a great price for these. We constantly paid $10+ before coupons for this and the best coupon we could get was $2 off. We order all of our other Huggies from Amazon and are very excited to see them carrying the newborn diapers now.

I used Huggies with my first child and never had a problem with leaking, rashes, or irritations. I've recently had my second baby and tried Luvs and Pampers because they were a little cheaper. Pampers leaked quite a bit. This caused me to have to change her clothes and sheets in the middle of the night. It could have just been bad timing but when I tried Luvs she developed a pretty bad rash. I have only used Huggies from here on out. No rashes...no leaks...just a happy baby!
