I bought this set for the spoon! I remember taking medicine as a kid and really liking the "measuring" spoon. When I had my first child I thought it would be easy to find one when the time came. Let me tell you, hunting stores for this when your child is sick is such a bad idea! I had a difficult time finding this item in local stores where I live. The dropper seems to be more popular where I live. I ordered this set and really liked it. It's a very nice quality plastic. The seal on the dropper is tighter then the one's I had at home already.
This would make a great gift. We have only 1 child so far, but when he is sick we manage to go through all of our droppers, spoons, ect fast! I'm a big fan of using only "clean" utensils. Exp if you use the droppers (necessary when dealing with babies as opposed to toddlers). My husband and I have always struggled to find a good syringe for giving our kids meds. Many of these types of items leave so much in the syringe when the dose is given it is difficult to know whether your child got the right amound of medicine. The syringe is wonderful for giving a fussy infant medicine and knowing exactly how much he received! The dropper has been great has he has gotten older. And my two year old loves the spoon to take his medicine. I would definitely recommend this product. In addition, I am going to purchase another one so one set can stay at home and one in the diaper bag!
