Suction cups would not suction to the bottom of the tub and they would come off of the baby tub itself!

I am expecting my third child in a month. I had this bath seat for my two boys and liked it so much I'm buying it again (we gave the original away when we moved several years ago). It suctions securely to the counter for those first sponge baths and it is easy to position the drain just over the sink so water doesn't collect inside the tub while the umbilical cord is still healing. Once the boys were active enough they would try to "jump" up the incline, we transferred it into the regular tub and suctioned it down. I'd put them in the Dream on Me, fill the bathtub with 3" water, and let them splash and "talk" to me while I took care of my bathtime rituals.

While I loved this tub with my first child, I didn't truly appreciate it until my second, uber-colicky baby, who couldn't stand to let me out of his sight for more than a few minutes, and who hated the bouncy seat because it increased his reflux. The latch that holds this tub in position broke immediately, and the suction cups that are supposed to hold it in place in the bath tub don't work. This tub is poorly constructed and does not work as advertised. I returned it.
