My daughter is almost 4 months old and has had diaper rash for almost 3 months. That may not sound like a ringing endorsement for this product, but let me explain. I have tried several types of creams over the past months: California baby 12% zinc oxide, Burt's Bees, normal strength Butt Paste (16% zinc oxide), Triple Paste, Desitin Maximum Strength (40% zinc oxide), Pinxav, and a mixture of Aquaphor and Maalox. I also tried several hours of diaper free time (a messy process), cloth diapers, cloth wipes, running her bottom under running water with each diaper change, and using a hair dryer to make sure her bottom is extra dry before putting a new diaper on (if you do this make sure to use the cool setting). With all of these products and tricks she had open sores on her bottom that would sometimes bleed. Now, while she still has a little bit of a persistent red rash, this product is able to keep her diaper rash in check, keeping the sores away.

Really love this stuff. Highest zinc oxide and really works! Tried triple paste, desitin max. And this had best and fast result. Important to dry area all the way before applying.

My son is already 10 Months old and he doesn't get diaper rash any more, but at 1-4 months the diaper and wipes solution caused really bad rashes on his butt, i tried Desitin and didn't see any relief at all, then a doctor recomended me this cream and i bought it, that was the last week my baby had a skin rash due to diaper or wipes. This cream in my opinion beats any other rash fighting cream by far, i use the maximun strengh because i think it is best, but you may also try the regular one and see great results.

TIP! Now since my baby no longer needs the product and i have a big tube left, i'm using it on my head everytime i shave (i'm partially bald) and i get excellent relief, no more irritation or bumps.
