I am using this cream for 30 years since my first son born it is amazing heals any sorness, rash, sunburn ,you name it. I usualy buy it from Europe or any trip out of of US this is the first time I saw on Amazon.com I highly recomended every home should have it on thire medicin cabinet best regards

I am from Russia - we use it a lot there along with Avent diaper creme, but couldnt find the last one here. It is OK coz i love bepanten. My son is 1 yo now and so far we have used about 5 tubes. When skin is red under diaper it helps with one time. Good thing i can buy it here, and btw cheaper lol
Also helps a lot with my nips....i am still breastfeeding and sometimes nipples get sore coz of the teeth, you just put cream once and it is much much better!
I know there is a lot of commercial reviewses here but i advise this ointment from all my big heart lol

I tried a lot of different creams and ointments to cure my baby's rash but nothing helped for weeks! This miracle ointment was a savior! Her rash was gone after 1 day of applying at each diaper change. It's very thick and it stays on the skin creating a barrier that helps to heal and protects the skin.
