OVERNIGHT this stuff works! Can not say enough good about it. Previous review was right, it is not easily available in local stores as the creme is. We like to use both creme and the powder independently depending on the issue, our daughter has a very sensitive bottom and eczema. I was saddened to find out that Baby'sRUS will no longer be carrying and I purchased the last 3 they had. I had tried multiple products as a new uneducated mom before one of my friends gave me the Balmex. Yes it is a little more expensive than your common baby powder but corn starch based is best and as I said it goes a long ways and is worth the cost. Great product line. I give everyone I know having a baby these products as a baby gift just as was given to me. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful: Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Balmex Prevention Baby Powder 10oz (Health and Beauty) I have a 5 month old son with severe eczema. This is the only powder that does not break his skin out. Thankfully, it also PREVENTS diaper rash because we cannot use any of the rash creams either. I cannot find this product in stores anymore and thankfully amazon had it. I was at my wits end and out of the powder, as a result my son was starting to break out and have a skin flare up. I ordered 4 bottles so I would have extra and the skin problems and the rash went away on the same day I began using this again. I cannot thank Balmex enough for this product, it has been a true lifesaver! By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Balmex Prevention Baby Powder 10oz (Health and Beauty) This is awesome . My 3.5 month baby has had a bad diaper rash(reoccurring) for a really long time. I have tryed all types of diaper creams(Triple paste, A+D ointment, Butt Paste, Earth Mama butt balm, vaseline, aveeno baby---NOne worked they all irritated her skin and no results at all-- remember results vary per individual!). This powder is great keeps skin dry and definitely creates a barrier between skin and pee or poop. Love to see her butt back to normal. By the way the Balmex cream also works great. It really depends on your childs skin and what works for them! Oh you will get results literally after one day and by second day the skin is completely clear... try to keep diaper off with disposable changing pads under so skin can breathe and when sleeping re-diaper him/her. Trust me it worked for me! |
