This is the only shampoo we've used for our now 2-year old son. I love that it is a natural formula, tear-free and fragrance-free. One 12-oz bottle will last you a good 6 months at least, if not longer.
Clean, gentle, safe,

This is a cream shampoo and body wash that is completely non-irritating. It doesn't make a lot of bubbles--it is a cream wash not a bubble bath. There is a review called "Disappointed" where the reviewer said the product had completely changed; there is a Burt's Bees shampoo that has a similar name but totally different, only 96% pure (this product is 99%) and it's a yellow, fragrant Johnson's-like texture. It still exists, I think this reviewer purchased the wrong product.
Both of my sons (2 year-old, 3 month-old) have eczema and sensitive skin. I wash their hair with this and rinse with the bath water, and it rinses over their eyes without issue. As a body wash, it's best put a little in the water (under running water) and then to apply directly to wash cloth.
This product is mild, has a very light fragrance from natural ingredients/oils, and is the safest and most gentle product I have found. I am sorry if some are disappointed but I would recommend this...Read more

Upon using this product as a shampoo, my toddler rubbed his eyes quite a lot during and after the bath. He became upset and wanted to get out of the bath, which he normally enjoys. Later, trying the product myself as a test-- it irritated my eyes!! This product is not "Tear Free," and will likey irritate your child's eyes. It's unconscionable that Burt's Bees are marketing this as a baby product.
