I'm rating this product 5 stars because it is a great diaper balm. It gets rid of and prevents diaper rash well.
HOWEVER, I had to write a review to warn that I originally bought this, which says it is a Multi-Pack, i.e. there are SIX of them in the package. What a great deal! Wrong. I only received one.
Now, I have to say, Amazon was very quick to write me back, but their response was not satisfactory to me, who wanted six jars.
Here's the kicker. I was going to go back and see if I could contact the original seller, which was GreenCupboards. I clicked on the link from my order list and it brings me to this page, which is identical EXCEPT for the fact that it now lists a new seller. Interesting, since I didn't order from them. It shouldn't link to this seller when I in fact bought it from a different one. And the description half-way down the page has been altered to no longer say (in capital letters) that it was a multipack and included 6 jars. It still says it at the...Read more
